Once you frack you can’t go back
Get set to beat the fracking threat!
Thursday 16th October at 7.30pm
Portballintrae Village Hall

Public meeting
Following the withdrawal of the exploratory licence from Tamboran Resource Pty Ltd to drill for shale gas in Fermanagh, the spotlight has fallen back on the north coast area where Rathlin Energy Ltd have a licence to explore. Rathlin Energy are due to submit an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) very soon to the DOE which will go out for public consultation. Fracking poses enormous threats to all our health and wellbeing through air and water contamination, as well as threats to our local economy – farming, tourism and property prices. This has now been shown to be the case elsewhere – for example in America and Canada. Come along and learn more!
