with Special Guest Speaker
Frack-free Campaigner from Balcombe in Sussex

Vanessa is a mother, gardener, writer, networker, graphic designer, musician and fractivist. She has spent much of the past 3 years collaborating with folk in Britain, Ireland, mainland Europe, Australia and the US in raising urgent awareness of the dangers of unconventional hydrocarbon extraction and in challenging/opposing its implementation, through her initiatives Frack Free Sussex and BIFF! (Britain & Ireland Frack Free) This work has involved everything from physically knocking on the door of 10 Downing Street, to walking in front of trucks at Balcombe and Barton Moss drilling sites and supporting those engaging in further peaceful, non-violent direct action, to stop this ecocidal juggernaut from taking hold on our shores.

Vanessa liaises with International Barrister Polly Higgins and those working to establish Ecocide as the 5th International Crime Against Peace.
